Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.

2. How We Use Cookies

Ourbizz Limited (Company No. 17076207) ("Ourbizz", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar browser storage for essential functions. With your permission, we also use optional analytics and third-party content. This policy applies to our platform and to customer websites hosted by Ourbizz.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled.

3.3 Analytics and Third-Party Content

If you accept optional cookies, we may load Google Analytics on Ourbizz and on a customer website whose owner has enabled it. We also record website visits and interactions so website owners can understand how their site performs. We do not load these optional analytics after you reject them.

Videos, booking tools and other embedded content are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies. We do not load this content until optional cookies are accepted. Ordinary page content and forms remain available if you reject them.

Our payment processor (Stripe) may set essential fraud-prevention and payment cookies when you choose to visit its secure checkout. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Analytics

Analytics help us and our customers understand page visits, popular content, contact actions, and broad device or browser information. Optional analytics begin only after you select Accept. Rejecting them does not prevent you from browsing a website, signing in, using contact forms, or completing requested services.

5. Published Websites

Customer websites published through Ourbizz use the same consent choice and controls. Ourbizz provides the consent mechanism, while each website owner remains responsible for its own privacy notice and for integrations or content it asks us to add. A customer website may have its own Google Analytics measurement account.

6. Managing Cookies

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of Ourbizz or a customer website to review and change your choice. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are set on your device.
  • Delete individual or all cookies.
  • Block cookies from specific or all websites.
  • Set preferences for first-party vs third-party cookies.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Service from functioning correctly (e.g., you may not be able to stay signed in).

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we introduce new types of cookies (particularly analytics or marketing cookies), we will update this page and seek your consent where required under applicable law.
